Slice of Life! (When I almost died in Florida)

We were all tired and sweaty from the humidity and from walking in the hot sand. As soon as the cold ocean water hit us, we woke up. The waves were so strong in the Florida. After playing in the ocean for about 40 minutes, everyone took a break. Except me! I loved the cold, beautiful, ocean water. There was a humongous wave rushing to me. I tried running but it pulled me back and drowned me. As I gasped for air, salt water went in my eyes and my mouth. It burned! I never felt that much pain in my life. When the wave finally let me go, I ran to shore, that was my que to take a break. I told myself I was never going in the ocean again! About 10 minutes passed and the sun was just too hot and I was so sweaty. I just went to dip my feet but the water felt so good, I just had to get in and I did! It was so fun! I forgot all about me drowning. Here comes another wave and boom it drowned me again. This time the water got in my nose and it burned really bad. I sat out for about 20

Dress Codes!

Dress codes are used in schools, all across the U.S. I say dress codes are unfair. Student don’t get to express their personality. We don’t get to show our creativity. We are forced to wear uniforms! This can also be a good thing because students get bullied based off of what they wear but if you have a dress code, everyone is wearing the same thing. Also it can prepare students for the future. When student grow up most jobs require a dress code. So schools are getting students ready for that. Though I still agree with not having dress codes!

How to Present! (Free Post)

How do you present a good presentation? Well for starters you have to make sure you speak loud enough. So the whole class can hear you. You also need to make sure you are making eye contact with the audience. You can’t  just look at the screen the whole time. Thirdly, you need to make sure that you and your partner take turns reading to the audience. Lastly you need to make sure that you answer all the questions, your audience have for you. That’s all you really need to know, on how to make a PERFECT presentation.

Opposing view of captivity

In my opinion I don’t like orcas in captivity but I am going to switch sides, just for this blog post. Orcas need to be cared for, because in the sea no one is caring for them. For example in seaworld orcas get their teeth brush, they get enough food, and if they are sick, then the workers will get them the medicine they need. It is dangerous out in the wild and orcas need a safe home. The only bad thing about them in the cage is they don’t get enough space, to swim. Another bad thing about it is, how orcas hurt or killed the trainers but that problem was fixed when, they made it a rule that humans couldn’t get in the water with the orcas. So that is the good and bad things about orcas being in captivity.
